For optimal performance, we do recommend that you change our filters approximately every six months, however this also depends on the usage.

Technically the filter should be changed after 10,000 litres of water usage. If you start to taste chlorine in the water and it’s a white filter, then it’s time to change. If you have a blue filter and you have cleaned the exterior of the ceramic filter yourself to prolong its life, then it is time to change the filter once the exterior blue colour has disappeared.
